What happens next?

Going independent is a big decision. The first real step to find out if Firefly is right for you is to read the ebook. Then, talk with us. You can ask us all the questions you want. We’ll answer.

We’ll also ask you about your current situation, your challenges and successes, and more. This will help us figure out if you’re likely to succeed with us.

Then you’ll talk with one of our agents. You can ask them how they knew it was time to start an independent agency, and how their transition went. What has worked well for them? What surprised them about the change?

After you talk with an agent, we’ll talk again. By this time you’ll probably have a pretty good feeling whether or not you want to work with us. We’ll answer any other questions that you have, so you can make the decision that’s best for you.

There’s never any rush or pressure from us to sign up. However, if you do want to get started, we can get you up and running quickly.

What will not happen?

We’re not going to hard-sell you on Firefly. We’re not for everyone, and everyone is not for us. We get that. So you’re not going to get lots of calls from us. We’re not going to sell your email address. You’re not going to feel pushed or uncomfortable.

You will not regret talking with us.

Not quite ready to talk?

You have questions about going independent. Probably lots of questions. We’d love to answer them for you. But if you’re not ready to talk yet, we get that, too.

It’s hard to get information about this kind of change. And it shouldn’t be.

We want to be your most thorough and trusted source for answers to your questions about going independent. That’s why we’re writing as many articles as we can, on our blog, about the process and particulars of starting an independent insurance agency.

Start getting your answers by diving into our Learning Center. Spend some time there. Look around. Learn everything you can. Take notes – especially of any questions you still need answers to.

Then, when you’re ready, let’s talk. Ask us those questions. We’ll answer.
