- And at the top of the column, you can see the total premium you have at each stage of your pipeline. (In this example, the column has $13,225 of premium in it.)

- 👉 But also, which lead sources turn into the most policies, which can be different and is the most important thing to know
- How much premium is in your pipeline at any time, and who is working on each lead

- Both what percentage OR dollar amount rate increases you want to appear on your list of high-risk customers.
- To include all customers marked as VIP to appear on that list.
